Returns Policy
We check all products for quality before they are sent. However, in the unlikely scenario your item is damaged or wrong, you should email us at hello@nyrajewellery.com to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product with detailed information, photos, videos of the damaged product. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for return, the return package must be booked within 48 hours from the time of communication. The product needs to be returned to us in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging along with the details of the damaged product. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once the product has been received, refund will take about 8 -10 business days depending on the Bank. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Kindly ensure you are fully aware of the product features, sizes, etc. before placing an order. If you would require more details please reach out to us on hello@nyrajewellery.com. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings or nose pieces due to hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns in the following instances:
- Sale items or gift cards
- If the product is damaged as a result of wear and tear
- The event of a customer’s change of mind
- If the product's look and finishing does suit your taste/liking
- If the product is too heavy/light/big/small/not as expected
- In the rarest of cases, stones/beads might come off during transit which can be easily fixed with a glue and thus will not be exchanged/refunded/returned
- All jewellery are handmade and hence no two pieces will be the same, there may be irregularities in terms of stone or bead shape & setting as they are purely handmade. The stones are first carved to the shape of the mold and then will be fit into it, issues with respect to stone shape/setting will be not be considered as a defect/damage
- Earring stems may be intentionally bent to avoid damages to itself and other products, hence this is not considered a defect
- We do not have exchanges/returns/refunds for international customers due to operational constraints.
